Contract Nº 10367-F/1909 — Whereas this dossier relating to the tendering for materials for railing which it is intended to acquire during the current year to carry out the improvement to existing lines of the State Railways and to advance those that are being constructed by administration*:

Considering:

That there has been compliance [with the terms of] the tendering;

That after a careful study of the eleven offers submitted, the Directorates General of Railways and Accounts, concur in the reports of the evaluation of the tendering,

The President of the Republic, with the agreement with the Ministers —

DECREES :

Clause 1. Accept the following offers : First that of Messrs Ramsay, Bellamy & Co, representing the United States Steel Products Export Company, for the provision of rails and fishplates as follows :
