This feature was introduced in 2009 to allow regular visitors to navigate quickly to updated chapters or pages.

April 2009 A number of new photographs of the Chiloe Railway were added to the photo album page in Chapter 12.

July 2009 Another new photo, of Coquiao station, was added to Chapter 12's photo album page. In Chapter 13, a new page covers the Isthmus of Ofqui canal construction line, and a major new set of photos in an appendix page shows the surviving remains of the Cabo Raper lighthouse railway.
